Wizard: See below.
This is a team of Humans who have specialized in Elemental magicks and their Effects. The Novices are apprentices to the craft. The Acolytes are Elemental Specialists. They have taken aspects of their elements and perfected them into skills.
Coach: The coach of the elemental College team is an Elemental Grand Wizard. No other Wizard is allowed for the team. The coach specializes in one type of element with the benefit of gaining regeneration for their specialist element. The Coach uses his extraordinary powers over their element to regenerate the Acolyte who is tied to it. If the coach is kicked out of the game, or killed, no regeneration is possible until the Coach is replaced.
Maximums: Coaches may take 0-4 Acolyte's of their specialist element, 0 of the opposite element (Earth, Air) and (Fire, Water), and 0-2 of the other two elements. For example An earth specialist, could take: 0-4 Earth, 0-2 Fire, 0-2 Water, and no Air Acolyte's.
Specialist Benefits: Acolytes of the Element that a Coach specializes in gains the Regeneration ability.
New Players: An Elemental College Team can gain new players as normal, but they also have the option of promoting from within. If an Acolyte Roster spot is open, a Novice can be promoted to fill it at a Cost of 25k for ceremonial equipment and the like. The Novice will be out for 1 game as they are promoted to their new rank. Their stats are modified as appropriate, keeping skills and stat gains they had as a novice as well as SP totals. Duplicate skills reduce the transformation cost by half.
For example: 7 3 3 8 novice with Stand Firm, +1 move, and 14 sps wants to become an Earth Acolyte. He pays his 25k and his new stats are 6339 with 14 sps, Thick Skull, and Stand Firm after he misses a game.
